CNBC Global Headquarters

DEVEN developed the $80 million 320,000 square foot CNBC Global Headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.  Our team worked with GE and CNBC executives to develop a program that allowed CNBC to meet its aggressive budget and schedule.  Our solution required the assemblage of eighteen acres (formerly the USA headquarters of Volkswagen and Lever Brothers) with a DEVEN owned adjacent six acre parcel to obtain approvals for the ultimate development of 500,000 square feet for CNBC.  This highly technical project, which overlooks the Hudson River and Manhattan, includes 25,000 square feet of studios for the production of CNBC’s global broadcasts.
