AT&T Park
San Francisco, California
As developer of the $350 million AT&T Park for the San Francisco Giants, DEVEN was instrumental in delivering one of the most recognized baseball venues in the world. This 41,000-seat stadium is known for the unique design that engages the adjacent China Basin waterfront, views of San Francisco Bay and the unique left field fan zone that is a cornerstone of media broadcast coverage. The ballpark is situated on 12.5 acres of reclaimed land that contains debris from the Great Earthquake of 1906, requiring complex site-specific foundation systems. The stadium has been the catalyst for the regeneration of the wider China Basin waterfront industrial zone that includes a new research campus for the University of California, commercial office and retail space, and the addition of several thousand housing units.
