DEVEN served as the development manager for this challenging $45 million conversion of an existing campus building into a new state-of-the-art science and learning center.  The existing building (1967) was functionally obsolete and did not meet current codes, requiring a ‘down to the bones’ renovation of the existing asset.  Using the existing structure saved time, simplified entitlements and eliminated the need to utilize valuable additional campus land.  The completed building contains 88,530 square feet of research labs and science education classrooms on five floors.
