Bonnet Creek Resort

DEVEN partnered with Brooksville Development to develop this $425 million hospitality resort located on 23 acres at the entrance to Disney World.   The 1.8 million square foot complex includes a 1,000-room four-star Hilton Hotel and a 500-room 5-star Waldorf Astoria Hotel, the first all-new Waldorf Astoria to be built since the original in New York.  The complex features a myriad of amenities, including an 18-hole golf course designed by Rees Jones, 200,000 square feet of conference and meeting areas, a 40,000-square-foot formal pool at the Waldorf and a 1.8-acre family water recreation area at the Hilton.
