Aquarium of the Pacific

DEVEN partnered with the City of Long Beach and a newly formed not-for-profit organization to develop the $120 million Aquarium of the Pacific. The 145,000 square foot world-class aquarium attracts 1.5 million visitors annually and is the cornerstone of the Rainbow Harbor waterfront district adjacent to the Long Beach Convention Center. The Aquarium has been instrumental in the successful economic and social rejuvenation of downtown Long Beach.
