The Henry

DEVEN partnered with Intown Group and Halstatt Real Estate Partners to co-develop a high-rise student housing building in the Arts District of downtown Tampa in affiliation with The University of Tampa. The Henry, named in recognition of the importance of entrepreneur and railroad tycoon Henry B. Plant to the City of Tampa, is a 23-story building located across the Hillsborough River from the University campus at the intersection of Tyler Street and Ashley Drive. The $100 million project includes 188 apartments for 537 residents, attached parking, state-of-the-art security systems, gathering spaces on each floor, a fitness center and an outdoor amenity deck with pool overlooking campus. The project opened for the Fall 2021 Semester.
