DEVEN developed the $260 million Knights Plaza project in a public-private partnership with the University.  The on-campus project includes a 10,000 seat arena, 2,000 beds of student housing, 2,100 structured parking spaces, and 170,000 square feet of retail venues on 23 acres.  DEVEN was responsible for creating a unique funding structure that provided private financing to accomplish projects that were traditionally university funded.
