This $100 million mixed-use project is the centerpiece of the Dayton Arts District. Its 500,000 square feet includes a 2,300 seat performance theater, a hotel, retail and housing; all united by a common atrium. Sited on 2 square blocks in downtown Dayton, it has played a key role in the redevelopment of the central business district. DEVEN’s involvement from inception was key to the ultimate success of the project.
